We have launched our product and have our first customers. We’re now making an exciting addition to our Executive Team - VP Growth – to accelerate our commercial traction.

 

The VP Growth is responsible for the full acquisition experience including paid channels, product growth, analytics, CRM, retention, and revenue growth of the company. This position is responsible for optimizing every available tool to build the All of Us business efficiently for continued growth and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

 

Location: Anywhere in the US, we’re based in the San Francisco Bay Area

 

Responsibilities:

 

Growth Strategy And Execution

 

  • Craft a holistic growth strategy that scales our business to the next level through leadership, innovation, relentless obsession with execution and impact

  • Leading the team to drive full-funnel acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing channels

  • Campaign planning and briefing, creative and media optimization for full-funnel development

  • Own analytics of the full-funnel experience including insights, attribution, and tech support.

  • Support All of Us’s current product development and drive creation and growth of new product with go-to-market strategies to achieve growth goals

  • Channel responsibilities: paid social, affiliates, paid search, SEO, display, direct mail, podcasts, promotions, email (marketing and transactional), paid influencer marketing, referrals, and partnerships

  • Develop long-term strategies with the product team to drive user growth

  • Partnering with our product/eng teams on product development implementing creative, cost-efficient channels, like growth loops, landing page creation, user testing, optimization/conversion rate optimization

  • Partner with Product Management to develop and manage the customer journey and create marketing analytics and insights tools to drive performance

  • Optimizing the media mix based on insights from experiments (geo, channel, stage of marketing funnel)

  • Partnering with our CEO, creative, PR and content teams to scale the levers that drive meaningful business impact (acquisition, referral, and customer LTV)

 

Business Management

 

  • Identify the right KPIs and audience segments for our business to ensure efficient sustainable growth including new customers, retention, revenue, and CAC

  • Drive revenue through effective planning and achieving both lead generation and conversion goals across all products

  • Leverage data + analytics for insights and performance-driven growth

  • Develop and manage the martech stack to support business growth and the customer journey

  • Responsible for building financial forecasts based on different budget scenarios and partnering with finance on the P&L

 

Team + Cross Functional Management

 

  • Partner with Management team to drive growth mindset throughout the organization

  • Lead with vision, clarity, and collaboration to empower teams - both marketing and cross-functionally- to do their best work and drive performance

  • Build a performance marketing org that achieves key metrics by creating strategy, setting goals, engaging with cross-functional partners, managing planning and communication, and overseeing timely execution and analytics

  • Ensure innovation, prioritization, and detailed execution of the performance marketing and CRM work and teams at every step of the funnel

  • Recruit a world-class team of performance marketers to help you execute your vision

  • Marketing Technology and Innovation - Spearhead collaboration with Product and Engineering to drive growth, performance, and innovation with creativity and timeliness

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven track record leading a high growth function for a D2C product in a startup environment

  • Experience solving complex user journeys

  • 7+ years of experience leading growth

  • Experience within the financial industry is preferred

  • Proven expertise in search, paid social, affiliates, influencer, and other DR channels

  • Passionate about consumer insights, analytics

  • Experience defining multi-touch attribution funnels

  • Desire to move fast, experience company agile process

  • Strong leader with proven experience in leading teams, effective planning, and cross-functional collaboration
